A: With the industry standard Modbus protocol and the ability to handle other protocols with a protocol converter, a variety of commercial SPC tools can be adapted to evaluate the statistical performance of the system. In addition, each 3GIBC1 and LF-Sizer system comes standard with statistics information for monitoring width control performance including: 3 Sigma width control, maximum, minimum, and average width.
